As a key member of the resort leadership team, you'll play an important role in shaping memorable holiday experiences while leading a passionate Guest Services team. This is a full-time permanent salaried position, reporting to the General Manager.

What You'll Do

As Guest Services Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring every stay is smooth, welcoming and memorable.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Guest Services team.
• Work alongside the team on reception and guest services, providing hands-on support during busy periods.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of reception, reservations and guest services.

• Roster planning, schedules and organising the supervision of staff
• Planning of daily room requirements, servicing and pre-arrival checks

The Role

The role is structured to attract someone who loves working with and alongside customer centric teams that provide a genuine, positive impact by connecting the community to leisure. You will lead our team of Guest Service Attendants.

You should have great people and verbal communication skills and be used to working within a customer centric, busy park environment. The successful candidate will be coaching their team to follow the BelgraviaPRO customer service philosophy by leading from the front. 

This role involves delivering exceptional leadership to your team as well as assisting with administrative and hospitality tasks.

About you

• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experience preferred but not necessary
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is the newest caravan park to be proudly managed by BelgraviaPRO. Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park boasts a fantastic location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach.

Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding. The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents. It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas.

The Role

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of Guest Services Officer at BelgraviaPRO's new acquired caravan park, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and hospitality tasks such as cleaning our guests cabins, amenities and common areas.

About you

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service;
• Professional and personable telephone manner;
• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills;
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes;
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions;

• Effectively lead a team to develop the program and pathway to achieve the outcomes
• Ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective operations of the squad program within company and legislative guidelines.
• Actively promote the squad program and participation in the affiliated Swimming Club.
• Ensure that you are adequately qualified for the program you are delivering and all squad activities are conducted in a safe manner in a safe environment, as per the company guidelines.
• Monitor Progression of swimmers through the squad program and work with the Swimming and Water Safety program to identify talented swimmers and encourage participation in the squad program.
