The Role

Our cafe crew need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our cafe crew is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Produce high quality coffee and full range of cafe beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers 
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Ability to produce high quality food
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cash handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the venue's peak periods

You will NOT required to hold food handling qualifications - experience making coffee preferred. Kiosk sales as well as food prep such as toasties, plus making sandwiches / hot dogs etc for Ninja Parc birthday parties

Skills & Attributes:

Café Coordinator

Ninja Parc | Lead a fast-paced, fun hospitality team

Are you a hands-on café leader who loves great food, strong teams and delivering memorable customer experiences? Ninja Parc is on the lookout for an experienced Café Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and lead our crew to success.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in running a safe, efficient and profitable café.

About the Role

As Café Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Ninja Parc café, ensuring exceptional service, high food safety standards and a positive experience for every guest. You’ll lead, train and develop the café crew while managing costs, stock and performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and service delivery

• Lead, train and motivate café crew to maintain high performance and morale

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements

• Manage rosters, labour costs and staffing levels

• Oversee stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships

• Monitor sales, costs and profitability against budget

• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and menu execution

• Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting and administration

• Coordinate café operations with venue activities, parties and events

• Champion company values and create a positive team culture

About You

You’re a confident hospitality leader who leads from the front and sets high standards. You’re organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering great service.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a café, food & beverage or hospitality leadership role

• Strong people leadership, coaching and training skills

• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and WHS

• Experience with rostering, labour control and daily operations

• Stock control and ordering experience

• Confident cash handling and basic reporting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, energetic and solutions-focused mindset

The primary role of the Ninja Master is to manage and grow the Ninja Parc Academy (Class based programs) plus delivery practical/coaching development for all staff.

Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative.
