Are you experience in Reformer Pilates, Aqua, Dance or Zumba? 

The Role

We are looking for amazing group fitness instructors to teach at our venue. In particular those who have previously undertaken Reformer Pilates, Aqua, Dance or Zumba classes. All Group Fitness Instructors will be paid an impressive sessional rate. 

Skills & Attributes:

• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills
• Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL).
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate 
• Current CPR Certificate 
• Relevant Program Certification ( eg - Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running and Pilates )
• Working with Children's Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!

The Role

As our new Guest Experience Officer, you will lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience to all current and prospective guests in line with the Belgravia Leisure Guest Charter. You will train, develop and be accountable for the performance of our Guest Experience Officers and drive all subscription membership results across all programs provided by the facility.

Essential

• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• Current CPR
• Blue card
• Experience in leading a team to achieve collective and individual targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for customer experience
• To participate in and deliver ongoing training
• Strong sales culture and understanding of sales-related performance KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests
• Cash Handling and sales experience
• Ability to work early mornings, weeknights and weekend work, as well as outreach opportunities is essential for this role

Desirable

• Similar experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted front facing leadership role
• Sales and memberships related experience
• Experience with a computer-based point of sale system

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve set sales targets
• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
• Provide relevant, accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
• Conduct tours of the centre/facility with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscription
• Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy
• To have a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems

This is a great opportunity for qualified Lifeguards who value water safety and love working with people, to provide leadership and coaching to our team.

The Role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly lifeguards to join the team. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the day-to-day pool operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. 

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within your facility
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
• Current First Aid (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Blue Card
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
• Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded
