The Site Lake Moogerah Caravan Park is a campground boasts many wonderful and exciting facilities, whether it's for a family camping experience or an adventure seeking individual. Campers that visits this beautiful piece of land continue to revisit again and again. Facilities include 3 Boat Ramps, Camp Kitchen with Electric BBQs, Grassy Sites and Shaded areas, Camp fire pits, Children’s Playground, Hire Boats & Kayaks, Kiosk, Toilets, Change rooms with hot showers and communal laundry. Campers can choose from powered/unpowered camping or van sites. Day trip are also available. The Role We're currently recruiting an experienced relief management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences. Relief Managers must have a creative flare for community engagement. You must be hands on in regards to cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting in protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world class guest experience in line with the Park Managers. The successful team will work 4 days a fortnight. Potential work at Somerset and Wivenhoe caravan parks as well. You are welcome to stay onsite during those 4 days in your own van or motorhome. Responsibilities include: - Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience
- Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and supervise small teams
- Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
- Achievement of agreed KPI's
A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests. Selection Criteria - An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings
