YAWA Aquatic Centre offers 34 Cycle classes per week and is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Cycle/RPM Instructor to join our Group Fitness team in a casual capacity. Located in the heart of Rosebud on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, YAWA is more than just a gym, we’re a community. What we’re looking for: Certified Cycle/RPM Instructor A passion for motivating others and delivering inclusive, high-energy classes Availability for fill-ins (daytime/evening/weekend flexibility preferred). Skills & Attributes A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL). Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia Current Senior First Aid Certificate Current CPR Certificate Relevant Program Certification (eg - RPM/Cycling) Working with Children's Check Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process Driven to success with friendly can do attitude Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
