Belgravia Parks is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead a diverse regional portfolio of tourism and holiday park facilities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Tourism, this pivotal leadership role will drive operational excellence, commercial success, guest experience standards, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and can balance operational, financial, and stakeholder priorities.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • As the Business Operations Manager, you will:
  • Lead operational performance across a multi-site tourism portfolio
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of Park Managers to achieve excellence
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and KPI management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, risk, governance and contractual obligations
  • Support business growth, contract retention and new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with Councils, community stakeholders and key partners
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Oversee capital works programs and asset performance across the portfolio
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and enhance business outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Extensive experience managing multi-site or multi-unit operations
  • Proven success delivering strong commercial and financial outcomes
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement

Desirable Experience

  • Tourism, hospitality, holiday parks or facilities management experience
  • Community-focused or contract management environments
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms
  • Knowledge of grounds, horticulture or asset management operations
