An exciting opportunity to work at a holiday park. About the Park Set with the Bundjalung National Park, Woody Head Campgrounds has 94 campsites. The site includes Picnic tables, barbecue facilities, boat ramp, cafe/kiosk, carpark, drinking water, public phone, showers, toilets. With a number of attractions on offer, Woody Head is a popular north coast campground.
The Role Reporting to the Park Manager, the Assistant Park Manager's duties will include delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - coordinating office management and assisting with administrative and cleaning tasks. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and gardens of the campgrounds, amenities cleaning, BBQ's cleaning, park maintenance, rubbish removal and cabin maintenance. We are looking for an all-rounder - You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work over a 7 day week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays. ESSENTIAL - Holiday Park experience
- RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experience or similar
- Experience in similar roles
- First Aid Level 2
- Current CPR
- National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
- Working with Children's Check or equivalent
- Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools
- Well-developed communication and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
- Manual Driver’s Licence
