We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Guest Services Supervisor to lead our front-line team and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. 
  • Job Overview: 
    As the Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the guest services team. You’ll serve as a role model for excellence in customer service, coach team members, and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and care. You will also work closely with the Guest Experience Manager, assisting with day-to-day operations and staff development initiatives. 
  • Key Responsibilities: 
  • Supervise and support guest services staff during daily operations 
  • Assist the Guest Experience Manager with operational planning, reporting, and team leadership 
  • Train and support staff in the use of the Netbookings system for bookings, customer records, and service management 
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving guest concerns promptly and effectively 
  • Monitor service standards and suggest process improvements 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences 
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on service issues and resolutions 
  • Uphold and promote company values, policies, and procedures 
  • Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role 
  • Experience with Netbookings or similar booking and CRM systems is a strong advantage 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
