About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention services to clients across a range of presentations. You'll work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, confidence, and meaningful outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication, language, speech, social interaction, and swallowing.
  • Develop and deliver individualised therapy programs based on client goals and evidence-based practice.
  • Provide education, support, and strategies to clients, families, and carers.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
  • Participate in community engagement and service promotion activities.


About You
You are a caring and motivated clinician who is passionate about helping people communicate, connect, and thrive.

 

Essential Requirements
✔ Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
✔ Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Membership
✔ Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
✔ Working with Children Check
✔ National Police Check
