The Role The role of Contact Centre Operator involves successfully servicing inbound and outbound existing members enquiries. They will actively provide a high service experience for the business, representing the facility and Genesis in positive and professional manner. Contact Centre Operator's primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals and targets as they relate to servicing our members as set out with the Team Leader. The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, an exceptional telephone manner, strong problem solving skills and competent in the use of major software applications (Microsoft Office).
Key responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer enquiries Provide technical and product support Deliver outstanding communication and service Flexible approach to work hours and priorities
Skills & Attributes: - Have strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check
- Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service or a retail environment is highly advantageous
- Have a passion for fitness!
