- Hybrid, Melbourne-based WFH with an average of 2 days/week at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, Hepburn Springs
Purpose The Communications Coordinator will support and deliver high-quality internal and external communications for Belgravia Leisure. The role also manages industry award and thought leadership opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you’ll work closely with the Digital Communications Producer and venue marketing teams to roll out compelling stories that promote both our corporate and venue brands. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate PR activations and famils at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa
- Write and pitch media stories for any of our 250+ Australian and NZ venues
- Build strong journalist and stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with venues to source and share good news stories
- Assist with national campaigns, content shoots and social media
- Manage a calendar of industry awards and thought leadership opportunities
- Support internal reporting and documentation
- Travel occasionally to venues for content and media events
About You What you will bring: - A passion for storytelling and the confidence to pitch ideas
- Excellent writing/editing skills for media, web, and social platforms
- 2–3 years’ experience in communications, PR or media
- A tertiary qualification in Communications, PR, Journalism or similar
- Familiarity with the Australian media landscape (NZ a bonus)
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work remotely and across various Melbourne locations
- Bonus: social media, media monitoring and photography/video skills
- A current driver’s licence
- Proof of Australian residency
