As our Contact Centre Coordinator, you will lead a dedicated team of consultants to deliver outstanding service across multiple communication channels — ensuring every guest interaction reflects our C.L.E.A.R. Values. About the RoleIn this pivotal leadership role, you’ll: Coach, develop, and motivate your team to exceed service and sales performance targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, including rostering, lead management, and SLA compliance. Drive quality assurance through call listening, performance reviews, and feedback. Act as a first point of escalation for complex queries and customer complaints. Foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
About YouYou are an experienced team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You bring: Proven experience leading a team to meet KPIs or service standards. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative. Sound computer literacy and experience with CRM or sales systems. Current First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
Desirable: Experience in a contact centre or front-facing leadership role within leisure, fitness, or hospitality sectors.
