BK Gymnastics High Flyers is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head Coach to take the reins of our growing WAG Competitive Program. If you love gymnastics, thrive on developing athletes, and enjoy leading a team with positivity and expertise, this is the role for you!

We’re looking for a coach who will lead by example, inspire our athletes, and mentor our coaching team to reach their full potential. What will you do?

 

Coaching & Athlete Development

  • Coach athletes across all assigned WAG levels, from Development through to Levels 8/9.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality training programs aligned to athlete pathways.
  • Track and monitor athletes’ skill progression, strength development, and overall readiness.
  • Conduct one-on-one assessments and support talent identification and selection processes.

Leadership & Mentoring

  • Provide weekly one-on-one mentoring to support coaches with planning, program implementation, and professional growth.
  • Facilitate workshops, coach education sessions, and other learning opportunities within the program.

 

Program Planning & Delivery

  • Plan, structure, and prepare group training sessions in collaboration with coaching staff.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager through weekly meetings to ensure the successful delivery and development of the WAG program.

 

What You Bring to the Role

  • Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for athlete and coach development.
  • FIG 2 / GA Advanced Silver accreditation (or higher), or equivalent
  • Proven experience in coaching competitive WAG athletes and mentoring other coaches.
  • A positive, proactive approach with a desire to contribute to and grow with the club.
