The Sites

Normanville Jetty Holiday Park and Rapid Bay Campground are located in the District Council of Yankalilla on the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula.

We offer a range of accommodation options including executive cabins, more-cost effective cabins, caravan and tent sites as well as drive thru sites. NJHP has a camp kitchen and RBCG has barbecue facilities.

The Roles

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates to work in the role of casual Guest Services Officer/ Receptionist at Normanville Jetty Holiday Park.

Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests - face to face and over the phone - as well as assisting with administrative and some cleaning tasks.

You will be friendly, enthusiastic and available to work.

You will bring to the role:

• Fantastic customer service
• Professional and personable telephone manner
• Experience with computerised booking systems and good computer skills
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
• Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Flexible attitude to hours, including availability on weekends and at short notice
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team environment

ESSENTIAL:

• First Aid Level 2 - or willingness to obtain
• Current CPR - or willingness to obtain
• National Police Check clearance upon on-boarding
• Working with Children's Check

DESIRABLE:

• RMS 9+(Online Reservation System) experience 
• Experience in a similar role
