Then we want to hear from you!!! Our head coach will be responsible for; - Supporting & mentoring coaches
- Delivering high quality classes
- Providing feedback and input on our lesson plans
- Supporting management with outreach & lead generation activities and so much more!
ESSENTIAL: - Advanced Gymnastics Australia Coach Accreditation
- Knowledge of gymnastic programs, particularly children’s gymnastics
- Customer service mindset
- Strong sales acumen
- Fanatical parent/customer care mindset
- Passionate about children’s development in gymnastics
- Current Gymnastics Australia technical membership
- Annually updates gymnastics accreditation in accordance with Gymnastics Australia technical membership requirements
- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
DESIRABLE: - Gymnastics Australia Presenter and assessor accreditation
- Gymnastics Australia accredited Supervisor
- Knowledge of and experience in developing staff/coaches
- Knowledge of gymnastics levels and WAG Events.
- Knowledge of child development
