BK’s Learn to Swim Clyde North is a purpose-built swim school delivering high-quality lessons for all ages and abilities. As an official provider of Swimming Australia’s GOswim program, we offer structured, progressive swim classes that support water safety, confidence, and lifelong aquatic participation. Whether families are looking for infant water familiarisation, preschool swim classes, or stroke development for older children, this local swim school has a program to suit their needs.
The Role
BK’s Learn to Swim are seeking an energetic, dynamic and people-focused Assistant Centre Manager to support the delivery of exceptional centre-wide outcomes and provide leadership in the absence of the Centre Manager.
This is a key leadership role within the centre, responsible for driving outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily operations, team performance, compliance, and program participation. The successful candidate will lead by example, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting centre leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across customer service, Learn to Swim programs, aquatic supervision, health and safety, and administration. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to deliver operational excellence while ensuring patrons, members and families receive a welcoming and professional experience.
