The Role

We have multiple customer-based roles including Kiosk Attendants to join our fantastic local water park. You must have a great disposition and you enjoy working with children and adults alike.

You understand that our customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods. 

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers 
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Coffee making/ barista skills (preferred)
• Food handling Certificate (preferred)
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Current First Aid Certificate desirable 
• Current CPR Certificate desirable
• Police Check (if over 18 years old)
• Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if over 18 years old)

Our park operates weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Applicants must be available to work these times to be considered for the role.

The Site

Sugarworld Waterpark is spread across 7 acres of lush historical parkland shared with beautiful peacock birds; Sugarworld Water Park boasts all the modern facilities. Our water park has a number of rides and attractions including water slides, pools and an interactive aquatic play and a 9-hole mini golf course.
