Marketing Coordinator - Ninja Parc

The Role 

 

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Marketing – Belgravia Health & Fitness, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for the execution of our national marketing strategy while ensuring local marketing activities are aligned and impactful. Working closely with our Marketing and Operations teams, as well as franchisees and venue staff, you’ll help bring the Ninja Parc brand to life.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the National Annual Marketing Strategy across all Ninja Parc venues.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of National and Local Area Marketing (LAM) plans.
  • Train and support venue teams and franchisees to optimise marketing resource use and maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep Ninja Parc ahead of the game.
  • Manage digital marketing briefs for paid advertising and search, in line with national and local campaigns.
  • Maintain and update websites, social media channels, and in-venue marketing collateral.
  • Actively participate in regular Marketing and Operations team meetings.
  • Travel quarterly to Ninja Parc locations for training, campaign rollouts, and local marketing support.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent (or currently studying).
  • Motivated self-starter with a high level of personal initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Innovative thinker who can challenge the status quo appropriately and practically.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Performance-driven with the ability to prioritise and manage self.
  • Clear communicator and excellent listener.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and ethical behaviour.
  • Readily adapts to different situations and enjoys collaborating as part of a team.

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • 1 year+ marketing experience
  • Strong in content curation and social media management (experience in Oktopost or other social media management platforms preferred, but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of CMS and Email Marketing platforms to execute email communication
  • Experience in the following platforms is ideal but not essential. All training will be provided to support role responsibilities:
    − Canva
    − Oktopost
    − Click Dimensions
    − Microsoft Dynamics
    − Facebook
    − Instagram
    − Wordpress

ESSENTIAL:

  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management

DESIRABLE:

  • Experience in sports, fitness or leisure industries
  • Franchisee business experience
