The Role:

We have a heavily customer based role of Kiosk Attendant to join our fantastic local Golf Course. You must have a great disposition and you enjoy working with adults alike.

You understand that our Customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods. 

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers 
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Coffee making/ barista skills (preferred)
• Food handling Certificate (preferred)
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Current First Aid Certificate desirable 
• Current CPR Certificate desirable
• Police Check (if over 18 years old)
• Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if over 18 years old)

Are You The Right Fit?

We are looking for someone with:

• A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Approved managers card (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
• A clear Police Check.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but we highly encourage those with a friendly disposition and a customer service mindset to apply. We are committed to developing our team and helping you grow.
