The Role We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of our studio. This is a part-time position where you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our front desk and administrative functions. About You You are organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with people and have a strong attention to detail. You will bring: Previous administration and/or customer service experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Experience in the arts, education, or studio environment (desirable)
Qualification and Education Requirements - Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
- National Police Check
