The Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background. This role is for our largest club in NSW and a great career opportunity for someone wanting to get in to the Genesis Group of Clubs and receive the support to be developed further into an outstanding leader. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team
- Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
- Assist the CGM in Implementing an annual sales and marketing planner
- Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
- Provide exceptional Customer service to our members
- Assist the CGM in implementing the retention programs of the business
- Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must:
- Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
- Have management experience (essential)
- Be results driven
- Have experience managing staff and budgets
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Sale Management experience
