This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Duty Manager to join and lead our aquatics team! The Role The Aquatic Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety, evacuation and operation of the entire centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and to direct day to day activities of the café, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff. This role will include Lifeguarding on pool deck during the shift. Skills & Attributes: - Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
- Demonstrated experience of plant room management and Pool operations is essential
- Ability to work weekends
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Current Pool Operations Certificate
