Gymnastic Coaches 

As a Gymnastic Coach, you will implement programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. You will encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty care for the children participating in the classes. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills as you will provide parents/guardians positive and practical feedback.

We are seeking interests from anyone with a passion for coaching/teaching. Gymnastics experience is an advantage however no experience is required - we provide all training. A positive attitude and readiness to learn is the most important factor.

Shifts are based on our class times. We currently operate Monday - Friday afternoons and Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. We also operate for birthday parties across Saturday and Sunday. This position is perfect for uni students, high school students or parents looking to return to the workforce. Shifts are a mix of set classes in which you are the weekly coach and fill in shifts as needed.

The Company

BK facilities and programs will be tailored to the needs of the communities in which they are located and will include gymnastics facilities for ‘Learn to Move’ programs and swim centres for ‘Learn to Swim’ programs. They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 12 years old,but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.

The Gymnastics programs will provide the foundation of this physical literacy and, with a customised facility model and authentic gymnastics programs including Little Stars - Educational Gymnastics, Gym Fundamental, Club Gym and Ninja Stars.
