The Role The East Fremantle Community Park (EFCP) has a dedicated brand for its hospitality offerings called “Carnaby’s”. The hospitality offerings include a café, bar restaurant and function centre that will service the local and general community, associated sports clubs and East Fremantle Football Club game day functions and events. As the Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key areas of responsibility include: Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience every time. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Venue – Open / Close, back of house administration, maintain effective wage costs and customer service standards. Ensure that policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and communicated. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines. Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front. Experience in developing and executing operational procedures. Follow the law and all reasonable company instructions and directives. Connecting with our customers and building relationships within our community. Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistent and high standard customer experience. Maintain a high standard of venue cleanliness and presentation.

Essentials: RSA & Approved Manager Accreditation. Extensive, food, wine & beverage knowledge. Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) Current CPR Certificate Strong Dedication to OH&S AND HACCP. National Police Check - Legally entitled to work in Australia
