An exciting opportunity to manage a holiday park in beautiful Central NSW. The Location Coonamble is surrounded by the Macquarie Marshes, the Warrumbungle National Park, and the Pilliga State Forest there are limitless opportunities for exploring the region’s natural wonders! The park is proudly managed by Belgravia Pro. Guests enjoy their stay via cabins, Pure Glamping tent experience, caravans, RVs, motorhomes, campervans, or tents in a powered or un-powered site. All situated with excellent facilities and services. The Role To provide leadership and direction to ensure delivery of industry best practice services. The Park Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the park in accordance with the relevant documentation and for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including property owners, guests, staff, and the company. Park Manager - Permanent Full Time - Level 5 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 Annualised agreement with provision of a on-site residence 3 BR house full personal use Baseline roster 7 days on 2 days off, Uniform and safety wear provided, laptop, mobile phone provision. About You An experienced individual or management team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded to drive business development and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement. Equally passionate about tourism, environment and culture whilst delivering exceptional guest fi rst experiences. You will be friendly, enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and lead a team. You are energetic with a hands-on approach, attention to detail and guest first experience approach. You possess proven experience in a similar role and available to work a flexible roster over a 7-10-day roster cycle including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Selection Criteria - Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach with outstanding customer service
- Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
- Availability to work across a 7-10-day roster including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
Essential - Experience in a similar role
- Holiday Park / Tourism experience
- First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR
- Current Australian Police Check (within 6 months)
- Working with Children's Check or equivalent
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
- Fully Vaccinated COVI D-19
