The Role

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team at the Academy of Dance in Epping.  As an Administration officer you will deliver high-level customer service, ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day running of front desk and facility, support the venue manager and teaching team to deliver an exceptional standard of dance education, and contribute positively to a child safe an dinclusive culture.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a flexible and constantly changing environment where time management and attention to detail are key.  The role will include some evening work (4 - 9 pm), preferably Monday and Thursday, and alternating Saturdays.

We seek candidates with tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or extensive management experience. While a background in dance is preferable, it's not essential.

Qualification and Education Requirements 

• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
• National Police Check
