The Role

 

We seeking a Membership Manager to grow and develop the Health Club and centre wide membership base, as well as grow and develop themselves. The successful applicant must have a proven track record of personal success; have a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club. 


You must be creative and inspiring, have strong leadership qualities, be energetic and motivational.

 

Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive package which includes earning potential of up to $70,000 per annum.

 

This is a unique opportunity to lead a sales culture across an award-winning centre and manage a team of well-established membership consultants to reach and exceed targets.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Drive the guest experience across the centre
  • Provide daily reports to the centre manager
  • Set goals and track results of the team
  • Provide ongoing training to the team
  • Maintain a sales culture across the centre
  • Reach personal membership targets
  • Generate and handle enquiries

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a passion for the leisure and fitness industry!
  • OUTSTANDING selling capability
  • Strong reporting and analytic skills
  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
