The Role The role of the Customer Service Manager to implement and maintain facility administration including point of sales, weekly banking, reconciliation reporting and accounts payable & receivable for financial reporting to the Head Office. This a full time role and you will be reporting directly to the Club Manager. Your role is to ensure the highest level of customer service at every interaction of your team and to ensure all operational tasks are completed to the expected business standard. ESSENTIAL: - Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
- National Police Check
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in dealing with financial accounts
- Strong knowledge of Belgravia Leisure Head Office reporting functions
DESIRABLE: Key Accountabilities - Train and support the reception team
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Conduct safe and efficient operations of the areas of responsibility within legislative guidelines
- Meet all reporting requirements
- Maintain attention to detail in all administration tasks
- Keep all the information in an appropriate format
