The Company


Belgravia PRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks. Belgravia PRO has grown significantly since its conception in early 2018. We have parks in many parts of the country including NSW, VIC and QLD. Belgravia PRO is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group.


The Role


Report directly to the General Manager Wellness & Tourism, the Revenue Manager's main purpose is to develop pricing strategies and forecast revenue to maximise occupancy and income growth in Belgravia Leisure’s Boutique accommodation and Caravan Parks and Campgrounds throughout Australia and NZ.


The position will analyse trends in the Caravan & Camping & boutique accommodation industries while managing all aspects of revenue generation through booking platforms, Online Travel Agency (OTA’s) and direct. This position will ideally be based in our Ballarat Office in Victoria, however travel within Victoria and interstate may be required.


A relocation allowance can be negotiated for the right candidate.


Key Accountabilities

  • Daily management of occupancy across all relevant Belgravia PRO Managed Caravan & Camping sites and Boutique accommodation
  • Daily observation & management across all OTA’s, sites direct, pricing, room blocks, maintenance & inactive revenue categories
  • Manage and report on the direct booking software, processes and activity of each site.
  • Managing and grow the OTA platforms whilst minimising commissions and charges and maximising revenue.
  • Be responsible for monitoring occupancy & revenue KPI’s and provide daily, weekly monthly business activity reports
  • Conduct Competition Analysis
  • Initiating promotions to generate business at key times with Managers and Marketing teams
  • Forecasting revenue performance



  • Accommodation Reservations or Yield Management Experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Management principles in both a corporate and leisure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, implement, maintain and measure strategies
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to drive Revenue Culture in properties and educate teams
  • Ability to manage resources to deliver against deadlines
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • National Police check upon onboarding
  • Working with Children's Check


  • Experience in RMS or Net bookings
  • Min 2 years in Tourism or Hospitality industry
