The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient daily operations of Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa ensuring profitability, client satisfaction and efficient operating methods are maintained.
You will be supported by a strong management team as you develop and execute plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and experiences to guests.
You will have a proven track record in managing and coaching a team. Experience in driving a customer centric approach to the provision of programmes and services is essential, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders will be second nature.
The ideal applicant will possess the following experience / qualifications / skills:
2 plus years’ experience in managing and operating a facility in the wellness or hospitality industry
High level of business acumen
Occupational Health & Safety
Diploma Beauty Therapy
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Valid Working With Children Check
National Police Check clearance
Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
Willingness to work over a 7 day roster. Weekend work essential.
Key Performance Outcomes
Be responsible for the operating budget, monitor revenue, set daily revenue targets and control expenses. Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports as required to the Resort Manager.
Follow-up and respond to internal and external customer requests promptly and professionally. Complaint response within 24 hrs.
Display leadership skills, integrate with the team harmoniously and maintain open and respectful communication.
Lead organised and documented meetings, coaching, training sessions and seminars as required.
Ensure that a high standard of personal appearance and dress is maintained at all times.
Address any training needs in a timely and professional manner and maintain current industry knowledge
