The Role

 

You will have a passion for people and enjoy working as part of a team! Deliver services to the customers in the most efficient and effective manner and in line with Belgravia Leisure's mission, vision and values by delivering a first class experience for the facilities customers.

About You:

  • Certificate Level II in First Aid
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current CPR
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Passion for customer service
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Cash Handling and sales experience
  • Experience with a computer based point of sale system
  • Similar experience in a fast paced, multi-faceted customer service role

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards.
  • Effectively handle business enquiries for the centre via internal and external lead generation.
  • Ensure that daily cash handling records using Point of Sale (POS) systems are accurate and reflect all transactions done during a day
  • Use a variety of marketing methods to promote the centre and its services in order to consolidate and increase patronage and membership base respond to community requests for bookings
  • Support positive  sales of centre merchandise.
