The Sands Torquay Golf Resort offers an extensive range of facilities including golf. Other leisure activities available include a game of tennis, refreshing swim in the heated indoor lap pool or a work out in the gymnasium.
This is an exciting time for The Sands Torquay, as we look to appoint a vibrant and experienced Guest Experience Manager to build and lead a passionate and engaged hotel reception / front of house team as we relaunch an extensive revamped hotel in December 2021.
As the Guest Experience Manager you will be a strong people leader who will be responsible for the overall guest experience and hotel reception. You will deliver and drive exceptional customer service and a culture of guest excellence.
Availability to work weekend, public holiday and weekend work will be essential.
