The Role


The role of the Customer Service Manager to implement and maintain facility administration including point of sales, weekly banking, reconciliation reporting and accounts payable & receivable for financial reporting to Head Office. This a full time role and you will be reporting directly to the Centre Manager.


Your role is to ensure the highest level of customer service at every interaction of your team and to ensure all operational tasks are completed to the expected business standard.



  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
  • National Police Check
  • Intermediate computer skills

Key Accountabilities

  • Train and support the reception team
  • Maintain high customer service standards
  • Meet all reporting requirements
  • Maintain attention to detail in all administration tasks
  • Keep all the information in an appropriate format

The Site

The centre is located in Caroline Springs and is a brand new purpose built facility! BK’s offers a variety of programs that are designed to create a fun interactive learning pathway to help every child progress from a beginner, to an intermediate or advanced gymnast. The centre has brand new equipment and includes heating and cooling for the warmer and cooler months. We currently have a full time position available, with great career progression opportunities.
