About the Role

A once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of fitness and operational programming to Port Macquarie as we re-brand and expand into the area. This is an exciting time for Genesis Fitness and the Port Macquarie members as we look to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to build and lead a passionate, professional and highly engaged team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Achieving sales targets
• Manage and motivate a sales team
• Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
• Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
• Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
• Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members

You must:

• Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
• Have extensive club management experience (essential)
• Be results driven
• Have experience managing staff and budgets
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
