• Genuine level of care for members, and passion for fitness
• Ability to deliver great member experience at every opportunity
• Desire to enhance your knowledge of business growth as it is related to the fitness industry and Personal Training
• No past business or sales skills are required, but you will need to be willing to work closely with your Head Coach so he can help you succeed
• You must possess a solid base of fitness knowledge so as to ensure you deliver the results your clients desire
• You will need to possess an up-to-date Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid and CPR, and registered with or will be registered with Fitness Australia prior to your commencement date.
• Experience in personal training is preferred, but not essential

The role

This is not a typical Personal Trainer opportunity. It is an opportunity that will see you run your own business as Personal Trainer within our gym, with extensive business and sales support from your Head Coach to ensure you achieve your goals of becoming a success. Sharing our experience of the Personal Training industry, we know that skills in business and sales are required to take you from being a good trainer to an excellent one.

Please note, you will be working closely with your Fitness Manager and/or Coach.
