We are currently seeking an energetic and high performing Business Development Manager to take the next step in their career!

The Role

You will bring your previous experience and build this role to make it your own. The role involves growing our swim school program, creating marketing campaigns, calling prospective members, local community engagement, social media management. Your excellent communication skills and the ability to use your initiative will increase our business opportunities and inturn see you succeed in this role. We look after our team members and so you will be rewarded with a generous rate plus bonuses. We currently have a growing program and now want to take it to the next level !

Skills & Attributes:

• Have a passion for water safety
• Have strong customer service skills
• Industry knowledge
• Lifeguard qualification (desirable)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification (desirable) 
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
• Current National Police Check
• Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service or a retail environment is highly advantageous
• High levels of computer literacy
