The award winning Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa are seeking Housekeepers to provide excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation for our patrons within a vibrant team environment.

The Role

We are seeking potential housekeepers to join our team and deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, Hepburn Accommodation (Hepburn Spa Retreat & Hepburn Escape Villas), & Hepburn Pavilion Café.

Successful candidates will participate in an intensive training program which will ensure exceptional services are delivered, regardless of your current level of experience.

Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is offering a variety of shifts across both the morning &  afternoon, with the majority of shifts within school hours from 10am to 3pm, 7 days a week.  We are able to provide a flexible and rotating roster with Full Time / Part-Time and Casual positions available.

 About You

• Provide exceptional luxury spa treatments
• Flexible approach on a rotating roster
• Experienced and confident in delivering exceptional cleanliness
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience within luxury accommodation preferred
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Possess a high level of understanding guest care
