Sports Competition Co-Ordinator

The Site

The Parc Recreational Leisure Centre is located in Newcastle, NSW.

The centre offers a range of activities and stadium sports for children and adults of all abilities, including Indoor Sports Competitions, Clinics, Birthday parties. It is located inside our multi-use facility that also houses Genesis Fitness Club, The Ninja Parc, The Climb Parc and the Parc Cafe.

 

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably enthusiastic Sports Competition Co-Ordinator to lead sports competitions and deliver an exceptional sports experience at The Sports Parc.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Co ordinate team draws.
  • Maintain a high value relationship with our sports team players.
  • Set up competition draws and co-ordinate team changes.
  • Sports umpire co-ordination
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of players, visitors and employee

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sports competition experience
  • Great communication skills
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)

Desirable:

  • Sports Management experience
  • Great understanding of local area events co-ordination
