The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Affiliate Sales Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager Tourism & Wellness, to support our Holiday Park growth. In this role you will be developing relationships with independent operators of Parks, Campgrounds, Glamping and unique travel experiences to drive memberships for the Bpro Affiliate Program. As a member of the Affiliate Program, operators can source systems, services, products and benefits to enhance their business, supplied through varying levels of membership or individual purchases.


You’ll be responsible for direct relationship sales and referrals, delivering our strategic plan through a matrix accountability & support model. Working with various stakeholders, corporate support services and Affiliate Park Managers across Australia and NZ, you’ll be joining a passionate team that are focused on the delivery of great experiences for our customers and successful results for Belgravia and our partners.


Key Accountabilities 

  • Direct relationship sales and referrals with independent operators
  • Expanding the distribution channel of Bpro to beyond management to include other professional services under an Affiliates model.
  • Combine the Affiliates membership model with a consumer booking platform supporting affiliates and providing additional revenue to Bpro.
  • Drive the digital strategy supplemented by participation in industry events, ie, Caravan and camping expos in various states.
  • Work with our corporate services teams to create policies and procedures for Affiliates members based on the organisation's existing policies and procedures.
  • Actively create content for Affiliates members (events calendar, blog posts, webinars)

Your Success Profile for this role: 

  • Delivering key tourism & sales partnerships resulting in meeting sales targets  
  • Proven track record of sales and relationships to key partners 
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role leading tourism, sales and partnerships (Holiday Park environment preferred) 
  • Maintain, build and nurture relationships with clients 
  • Maintain and build a network of tourism partnerships 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Competent in IT and using all associated Microsoft products  
  • Financial acumen and ability to review Budgets, forecasts, interpret, prioritise and make effective change based on the financial data. 
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills 
  • Ability to manage predominantly remotely.
