About Ninja Parc

 

Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre with a difference! Focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages.

 

The Role

 

The role of the Ninja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.

  • Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 years
  • Mini Ninjas: 3 - 6 years
  • Little Ninjas: 7 - 10 years
  • Youth Ninjas: 10 - 14 years

We're looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership. You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community both locally and nationally. Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative. 

 

Key requirements of the position:

  • Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults
  • Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development
  • Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs
  • Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets 
  • Organise and deliver Ninja competitions
  • Help to connect Ninja Parc with the local community
  • Follow Ninja Parc systems and process
  • Inspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers

What we are looking for (Essential):

  • Ability to deliver high quality classes and coaching
  • Ability to work with kids, teens and adults
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A proactive attitude
  • Coaching qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Current Drivers Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience/certification in gymnastics
  • Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
  • Experience/certification in parkour
  • Experience/certification in calisthenics
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in customer service
