We are looking for an up and coming people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team at Ninja Parc - Fyshwick Indoor Activity Centre!

 

About Ninja Parc

 

Established in 2016, Ninja Parc combines the best of fitness and fun in a way that is accessible for everyone – from mini ninjas to parkour perfectionists – all with safety in mind. Our ninja playground offers a great way for the family to have fun and get fit together, across 5 locations around Australia. 

 

The Role

 

The success candidate will be responsible for the management of Ninja Parc Fyshwick, the team at the Centre and our local community, you are fully accountable for the Centre’s operational, financial and success. With an experience in sales, financial and risk management, you will continue to drive the Parc’s overall success.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Achieve Ninja Parc Fyshwick financial targets
  • Uphold safe work practices
  • Uphold high standards in all areas
  • Develop all Ninja Parc Fyshwick team members
  • Develop and implement local area marketing plans

What we are looking for (Essential):

  • Experience in leading a team of people
  • Experience in staff rostering and recruitment
  • Proven track record of achieving financial and/or operational targets
  • Proven track record of upholding high standards
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Proactive attitude in all areas
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Current drivers license
  • National Police Check

Desirable:

  • Experience in play centre operations
  • Experience in sports centre operations
  • Experience in cafe operations
  • Experience working with younger staff members
  • Management certification/qualification
  • Experience in ninja or obstacle sports
  • Experience in financial management
