The Role As the leader of business operations, this role is entrusted with upholding contractual compliance, driving the seamless delivery of corporate services, conducting in-depth business analytics and facilitating business improvement. In tandem, it supports the Regional Manager, championing cutting-edge business methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation, optimising operational systems and maintaining assets to meet strategic objectives and advancing community wellbeing. The key focus areas for this role include; - Support the Regional Manager to coordinate the business and corporate functions
- Provide leadership and support to a team of subject matter experts
- Ensure demonstration of best practices in management
- Ensure business operations align with contractual and legislative requirements and contract compliance
- Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe
- Provide timely and dynamic business insights, reporting and improvement strategies
Experience and qualifications - Tertiary qualifications in Business
- Experience in a similar position including building and leading high performing teams
- Proven experience managing multiple projects to deadlines
- Leisure industry experience desirable, not essential
- Previous experience working with a local Council or other government entity desirable, not essential
