Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code 40890) arm of BelgraviaPRO allows us to provide industry leading training to obtain nationally recognised qualifications in holiday parks and tourism.
As part of the wider Belgravia Health & Leisure Group, you have access to exciting career pathways across a dynamic health, leisure and spa & wellness brand Including mentoring and coaching from industry professionals. We manage over 20 holiday parks and 150 swim, sports, fitness, tourism and wellness facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
Holiday Park Managers have full responsibility for the operation and customer experience of our campgrounds and tourist parks. Our managers need to be hands-on and possess a positive can do attitude. Managers oversee small teams and are accountable for the financial outcomes of the business. You must have a commercial mindset and a creative flare for local marketing and community engagement.
A strong Australian based support office and local management teams support our holiday park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT and HR so you can focus on your delighting guests.
Relief Managers would continue the direction Park Managers have for each park. Relief may be 4 days per fortnight or for extended periods whilst the Managers are on leave.
We also require full time and casual staff to support the Management team and ensure the guest experience is first class.
