The Rex Barossa Recreation Centre is looking to add a new member to our internal cleaning team.

The Role

We are seeking to hire a casual cleaner for our centre.  You will be required to clean in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring your tasks are completed within operational guidelines.

The following will also be a requirement of the successful incumbent:

• Comply with and follow all Occupational Health & Safety, Risk and Environment policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as directed by the Centre manger from time to time
• Ensure the cleaning is completed in a timely manner
• Be flexible to work additional hours due to the demand of peak periods the centre might face
• A knowledge of accepted cleaning practices
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Similar experience in a previous role

Essential

• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current National Police Check
