The Role


Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, the Projects & Compliance Manager will be based in New South Wales and will conduct and maintain compliance and brand standards audits across a large number of NSW sites using iAuditor.


You will work closely with our National HR and State Business Partner to execute training our team members on the various front of house systems and policies. This role will also require you to liaise and support the NSW State Manager and our regional teams by providing reports from the CRM Membership Software program.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Friendly, helpful and energetic work style 
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar administrative position
  • Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages
  • Intermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suit
  • Sound attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data


  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Police Check clearance
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
  • Ability to travel when required



  • Experience and knowledge using IAuditor
  • Experience and knowledge using CRM Membership Software
  • Experience in the leisure industry
