THE ROLE

This role is to grow our emerging dance and cheer division within the Belgravia Group.

The CEO, Belgravia Dance & Cheer will develop the strategy for expansion, growth and commercial success. This role will have full accountability for the growth, operations, and financial outcomes of the business. Accelerate growth by fostering strong relationships and connection to the industry and governing bodies.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and deliver a strategic plan for successful operations in the Dance and Cheer sector across AU/NZ
• Develop and deliver annual financial budgeted results
• Operate a portfolio of Dance and Cheer operations venues to deliver strategic plans
• Expand our network of Dance and Cheer venues through acquisitions, mergers or establishing new greenfield locations. 
• Identify new initiatives and business opportunities for the purpose of sustainable and feasible growth in the Dance and Cheer sector
• Drive a high performance culture by attracting and retaining a team to effectively manage venues in the Belgravia Dance and Cheer portfolio
• Maximise business growth and results
• Identify and address performance gaps in operating standards

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
• National Police Check

PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Dance or Cheer industry
• Significant experience in budgeting and financial reporting
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful business Strategies
• Participated in business development, merger or acquisition skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fantastic leader and coach
• A champion for change
• A passion for the role, the team, and participants
