The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.

The Role

This is an exciting time for Hepburn Wellness as we look to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Spa & Retail Consultant.

The Spa & Retail Consultant plays a key role in delivering a 5-star luxury Spa experience, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service within the Apothecary & Spa retail area. This role focuses on driving retail sales, providing expert product recommendations & maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, stock control & operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury wellness products, guest engagement & revenue growth.

Your duties will include:

• Create & deliver an approved 5-star guest experience
• As required assist in all areas of the operation to ensure our guests experience transcends one singular department experience and instead allows them to seamlessly experience the entire venue holistically.
• Foster positive & consistent guest relations, handle guest enquiries & complaints promptly to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Adhere to all relevant spa health & safety guidelines.
• Motivate & encourage team members in best spa practice.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail sales or spa industries highly regarded.
• Police check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate

Desirable

• Pool Lifeguard
