The Site

Located on the Fraser Coast 30mins north of Hervey Bay CBD, Burrum Heads Beachfront Tourist Park is close to the town centre. The park itself is right next to the mouth of the Burrum River, making it a desirable place for those wanting to explore. Adjoining walkways, scenic outlooks with a relaxing atmosphere facing directly onto Fraser Island.

The Role

We're currently recruiting an experienced relief team, who are highly customer focused, commercially minded driving business development and equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

Relief teams must have a creative flare for community engagement. You must be hands on in regard to cleaning, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Passionate about supporting the protection of the environment and culture whilst providing a world class guest experience in line with the Park Managers. We are looking for couples to support a 4/10 roster.

Responsibilities include: 

• Being accountable for all business operation and guest experience 
• Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude 
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment   
• Achievement of agreed KPI's 

Selection Criteria 

• An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach 
• Proven experience in a similar role desirable
• Outstanding customer service 
• Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills 
• Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes 
• Well-developed communication, organisation and administration skills 
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests in a professional manner 
• Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings and evenings
