The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and proactive individual, looking for the next step in their career.
With a recently appointed Venue Manager who has a vision to grow the client base and improve the atmosphere of the centre, we are focused on hiring an applicant with strong personal qualities that can be brought to the team. The successful applicant will be confident, approachable, have a willingness to learn, and is not afraid to get in and have a go.
You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours a week on a rostered system, and the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends is essential. This will be a casual position with the possibility of moving to a permanent part timer role for the right candidate.
What is required:
- Ability to confidently swim 200m
- Police Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Great communication and customer skills
- An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility
We are willing to train you in:
- Lifeguarding Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- (Further training opportunities may arise)
