About the Role A once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of fitness and operational programming to Port Macquarie as we re-brand and expand into the area. This is an exciting time for Genesis Fitness and the Port Macquarie members as we look to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to build and lead a passionate, professional and highly engaged team. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving sales targets
- Manage and motivate a sales team
- Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
- Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
- Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
- Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must: - Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
- Have extensive club management experience (essential)
- Be results driven
- Have experience managing staff and budgets
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
